Last Tuesday we had the final evening in our series,with a make-up talk by Wayne Rhoden of the Williamson County Master Gardeners. This talk had been postponed from the wonderful Snow Day we had. Mr. Rhoden was a very entertaining speaker and did a power point presentation from Texas Agrilife at TAMU on raised bed gardening. The crowd of about 25 seemed to enjoy it all and had numerous questions which our speaker gladly answered. So that concludes this years series and they all were big hits. We truly appreciate all our speakers and entertainers and the patrons who attended . Next on our agenda is the Stone Carver event at the Vineyard out Hwy 487 on the 27th and 28th of this month. We will have a booth area out there and will be selling raffle tickets for items being donated by other artists who attend the show. We will also be selling some of our excess audio book cassettes dirt cheap. Hope to see lots of folks there. jake
